Who we are
Alkyon Villas is a small family-owned luxury apartment-hotel [aparthotel].
We carefully designed it to satisfy you and your needs.
Every summer, our beloved mother "Eleni" is there to help you and care for your every need!
With "Eleni" we guarantee you will enjoy and appreciate the famous Greek hospitality.
That's why a welcome basket is waiting for you when you arrive*.
As we are a small unit and because there are fully equipped kitchens in all apartments normally we do not offer any type of meal. But as long as "Eleni" is there you will defiantly eat some fresh fruit and vegetables from our garden [Eleni loves our garden]. Of course, some coffee or tea is waiting for you but also "Eleni" is responsible for your full fridge! In there you will find some bread, cheese, jam, water, juice etc. And if you stay for a while maybe you will taste her delicious Greek salad, cheese pie or whatever she cooks*!

Our Facilities
Alkyon Villas apartments and maisonettes are five in total and are ready to make your vacation special.
Two apartments have one bedroom [2+1 pax], one has two bedrooms to welcome more guests [4+1 pax] and our two maisonettes [2+1 pax] are in two easy accessed levels, separating the bedroom from the living room and the kitchen [the +1 pax is with extra charge].
All of them have colourful interiors and carefully selected furniture with a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining room, air-condition, safe-box, satellite flat-screen TV and free WiFi. The apartments and maisonettes have a view of the sea and the surrounding countryside that you can enjoy on your own verandas by drinking your tea or coffee overlooking the sun rising over the bay.
Our swimming pool is away from busy beaches. You can enjoy sunbathing and swimming with a cold drink at the kiosk.
Also, we offer a free cleaning service and free parking.
Finally, we have the advantage of our location as we are away from crowded places and only 5-7min walk from the beach of galikos molos, the marina of Sivota and the 5-a side grass court.
