Cancellation: If a reservation is cancelled 30 or more days prior to the arrival date the prepayment is fully refunded, 29 to 15 days prior to the arrival date 50% of the prepayment is refunded to the client, 14 or fewer days prior to the arrival date the prepayment is not refunded [any potential expenses are charged to the client].
