Alkyon Villas is situated in Sιvota (Syvota). Sivota (Syvota) or Mourtos is a magnificent area on the North West coast of Greece. Surrounded by the Ionian Sea, it is a natural bay with a variety of small islands and unique beaches, making it an ideal location for holidays. Our complex of small apartments was built after years of study in order to satisfy our visitors providing hospitality and has the advantage of being away from the crowded places of the village but at the same time only 10 minutes walk away from it (400 m). Our guests can relax in the beautiful courtyard or the verandas overlooking the splendid view of the bay, dive into the swimming-pool or enjoy the wild nature that surrounds the villas or you can visit the closest beach (350 m). Our main goal is to offer you the feeling of being in your own summer house with your families!
